ROGER BERRY, CEO

Roger Berry began Pilot Systems in 1996 after selling Intelligent Controls to Cosworth Technology (Vickers). Prior to that, Roger co-founded this 300 person engineering firm specializing in powertrain engineering and control systems. Preceding that, he led the development team of Ford’s first computer-controlled sequential port fuel injection system. 

Roger is proud of putting together effective teams at Ford, at Intelligent Controls, at Pilot and at volunteer organizations.

When not at the office, Roger enjoys cars, playing golf, traveling with his wife of 40 years (especially to visit their four children) as well as catching movies and plays.
